Overview
Ford Canada has reached an $82 million settlement for California car buyers. The settlement stems from allegations Ford Canada violated California antitrust law by blocking the exports of similar, but less expensive, new vehicles sold in California, creating supracompetitive prices for California car buyers and lessees.
Eligibility
If your business was located in California on November 15, 2010 and bought or leased new passenger cars, light-duty trucks or sport vehicles from authorized dealers in California between January 1, 2001 and April 30, 2003, you may be a class member.
Government entities are excluded from the Settlement.
Eligible Vehicles: Acura, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Honda, Hummer, Infiniti, Jaguar, Jeep, Land Rover, Lexus, Lincoln, Mazda, Mercury, Nissan, Oldsmobile, Plymouth, Pontiac, Saab, Saturn, Toyota, and Volvo.
